Studio services

From idea to move-in day, in one studio

A full-cycle design and architecture studio: interior design, architecture, furnishing and procurement, and design supervision. We take each project from the first sketch to the finished interior and remain responsible for the result. Since 2006 we have completed more than 250 projects, working in person or remotely, depending on the project.

Private

For private clients

Turnkey interior design for apartments and houses, plus space planning — from the first idea to moving in.

Design consultation

Interior design consultation: an in-person or online meeting with a designer or the studio’s Chief Designer. In one session we go through your property — style, layout, materials, lighting. You leave with decisions made, not with new doubts, and you check your ideas before the renovation starts.

€100 per hour

Technical documentation

We turn a finished concept, ours or another designer’s, or your own sketch, into a full drawing set: plans, wall elevations, junction details, building services, specifications and a cost estimate. That is the documentation a site team builds from, without daily calls to the designer.

from €35/m²

Kitchen design

We design the kitchen itself and everything that connects to it: the cabinetry and storage, the splashback, the sockets and service connections for the appliances, the extractor hood duct run. The design drawings are ours; the engineering drawings come from the furniture factory, and we check them against the project before production starts. The manufacturing partner is chosen at the outset: local production or a supplier working with Italian and German factories. As a result the kitchen arrives on site to a room that is ready for it — the service connections are where they should be, the splashback meets the cabinetry, the extractor hood runs into a duct that is already built.

€600 per project

3D interior visualisation

3D interior visualisation turns a ready floor plan or sketch into photorealistic renders: materials, lighting, and furniture are visible before renovation starts. We do not change the layout: we work with what already exists, whether it is yours, another designer’s, or the developer’s.

from €20/m²

Apartment interior design

An interior design project for an apartment: layout, 3D interior visualisation, technical documentation, furnishing and procurement, and design supervision. We design apartment interiors in new builds and in resale properties, shaped around the way your family lives. The renovation follows drawings and specifications approved before work begins.

from €50/m²

House and villa interior design

A country house means several storeys, complex building services and hundreds of decisions taken before any finishing starts. We begin the interior design with the way your family lives, align the interior with the architecture, and hand the builders a complete set of technical documentation. From concept through to a turnkey house design.

from €60/m²

Interior concept

An interior concept sets the look of the space: style, colour, materials and 3D, before any work on the technical documentation starts. It suits people who want to see and approve the idea first, rather than commission a full set of drawings straight away.

from €35/m²

Interior design project

An interior design project is the complete set of documentation the interior is built from: concept and layout, photorealistic 3D visualisation, technical drawings, specifications and a cost estimate. One approved document instead of scattered decisions, so the contractor works from drawings rather than verbal agreements.

from €50/m²

Space planning

The layout sets the logic of the whole interior. We record the living scenarios, the zoning of the apartment, the movement routes and the storage, and develop 2–3 furniture layout options. Every square metre starts working before the finishes go on.

from €800 per project

Business

For business

Public interiors, offices and HoReCa venues designed to generate revenue.

Office interior design

We design office interiors where the team holds its focus and the space reads as an extension of the brand. Workstations, meeting rooms, focus areas and reception are planned around your processes, and the office design project is taken through to a full set of documentation, so the contractor prepares a cost estimate from drawings and builds without improvising.

from €60/m²

Public interior design

We design public interiors for restaurants, offices, hotels and showrooms, from the concept through to technical documentation ready to build from. Every commercial space is planned around the business goals of the project: guest flow, brand perception and return on investment.

from €70/m²

Restaurant and café interior design

We design restaurants, bars and cafés, from the gastro concept through to technical documentation. A restaurant interior holds the guest flow, the kitchen technology and table turnover, and works for the brand, the average spend and repeat visits. What you get is a complete set of drawings, ready to build from and to submit for approval.

from €75/m²

Developers

For developers

Common area design that makes a development easier to sell.

Solutions for developers

Common area design

The design of the common areas is the first thing a buyer sees. Building entrances, lobbies, corridors and lift halls shape the property developer’s image and set the pace of sales. We run the project from the product concept through to design supervision and hand over a complete set of documentation to build from.

from €25/m²

Eco-village concept development

We develop eco-village and countryside resort concepts, from market research and a master plan to architecture, accommodation product line, economics, and an investment model. Nature-led stays with minimal impact on the environment.

Product concept development

We turn a real-estate asset into a product built to earn, with the economics worked out before you commit. The product concept package covers the audit and market research, positioning and product line, brand, financial model and launch roadmap — from the idea through to the economics of the project.

Show apartment and showroom design

A show apartment is the property developer’s showroom: not a home, but a sales tool. The buyer decides standing inside it, not looking at a floor plan on a tablet. We design the concept, the visualisation and the technical documentation in step with the construction programme, including a rollout across several standard layouts under one design code.

€3,800 per unit type

Architecture

Architectural design: architectural and structural packages, and building services.

Architectural design

We design private houses and villas. Structural calculation and architectural character are resolved in the same project. The result is a documentation set used to build the house and to obtain approvals.

from €800 per project

Support

Construction stage support

Design supervision, furnishing and procurement, and advice throughout construction.

Design supervision

Design supervision means controlling how the interior design project is delivered, from the first day of the renovation to final handover. Between approved drawings and a finished interior there is ten times more work than the design itself took. The designer runs the project personally: checking every stage against the drawings, catching the contractor’s deviations and recording the result, so that what is built matches what was designed.

from €700/month
