Interior design consultation

Interior design consultation: an in-person or online meeting with a designer or the studio’s Chief Designer. In one session we go through your property — style, layout, materials, lighting. You leave with decisions made, not with new doubts, and you check your ideas before the renovation starts.

Honestly

What's not included

We set the boundaries of the service upfront, so there are no surprises.

  • This is a consultation, not an interior design project: no technical drawings, no specifications, no full 3D visualisation.
  • Site measurements and a measured survey are not included — we work from your existing layouts, photographs and references.
  • Ready-made selections and buying materials are a separate service: furnishing and procurement.
  • The consultation does not replace the contractor’s cost estimate or the renovation schedule.

Why ARTEVRIKA

01

The consultation is credited to the project

If you go on to commission the project, the consultation fee is credited towards it — the money buys expertise, not a one-off meeting.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is a designer’s consultation different from the Chief Designer’s consultation?

The designer will go through the style, materials and layout scenarios of your property. Chief Designer Nadezhda Guseva has 19 years of experience with complex projects: her review covers the property as a whole, and her recommendations are tuned more precisely to your situation.

In-person or online — what’s the difference?

An in-person meeting takes place at the studio or at the property: you can handle real material samples and read the proportions of the space. Online works when meeting in person isn’t practical — we go through the layout, photographs and references on a video call.

How long do the packages last?

Express — 1 hour: one or two specific questions. Standard — 3 hours: a full analysis of the property with recommendations across several topics. Full — 5 hours: style, layout, materials, lighting, and décor.

Is the consultation fee credited towards the design project?

Yes. Commission an interior design project after the consultation and the consultation fee is credited in full towards it. In effect, the expert review comes as part of the project you commission.

What should you prepare for the meeting?

The property layout (file or photo), interior references, and a list of questions by priority. The more specific the request, the more we can cover within the allotted time.

Can I consult remotely — only based on photos and floor plan?

Yes. That is exactly how the online format works: you send the layout, photos of the current condition, and references — then we continue via a video call. For precise material recommendations, an in-person meeting is a better fit.

What stage of the renovation needs a design consultation?

At any stage. Before you start — we set the direction. During the process — we check materials and resolve any contentious questions. After — we refine lighting, décor, or furniture placement.

What questions do we cover in one meeting?

Style and colour, finishes and furniture, layout scenarios, lighting, textiles, décor — the ten topics we cover. An hour closes one or two of them; three to five hours give a full review of the property.

How much does a designer consultation cost?

Designer consultation: €100 for 1 hour, €240 for 3 hours, €360 for 5 hours. Chief Designer consultation: €200 for 1 hour, €360 for 3 hours, €580 for 5 hours.

How do I book a consultation?

Submit your request using the form on this page or call the studio. We will clarify your goals, suggest a convenient format, and schedule the meeting date.
