You already have a plan
Your own sketch, a ready-made solution from another designer, or the developer’s furniture layout — we turn it into a 3D image without changing the layout.
For private clients

3D interior visualisation turns a ready floor plan or sketch into photorealistic renders: materials, lighting, and furniture are visible before renovation starts. We do not change the layout: we work with what already exists, whether it is yours, another designer’s, or the developer’s.
Starting price
from €20/m²
Who it's for
01
Your own sketch, a ready-made solution from another designer, or the developer’s furniture layout — we turn it into a 3D image without changing the layout.
02
See a combination of finishes, furniture, and lighting on screen before ordering materials and starting the renovation.
03
Show the space as a finished interior — without an abstract plan or verbal descriptions.
04
Renders replace bare walls with images of the finished interior — the estate agent and the buyer decide faster.
Tasks
What the service handles for you in practice.
01
Turns a plan or a sketch into a photorealistic image that a contractor, a family or an investor reads without drawing skills
02
Checks how materials, lighting and furniture work together before the purchase — a mistake shows on screen, not in the finished renovation
03
Gives a clear reference for signing off the cost estimate — the crew sees the scope and the quality of finish, not a verbal description
04
Shows day and evening lighting scenarios without site visits
05
Speeds up a sale or a letting — the render replaces a floor plan with a space someone wants to move into
06
Gives a basis for comparing 2–3 finish options from a single angle without rebuilding the model
Scope
Result
Not just pictures, but a complete set of solutions ready to build from.
Process
Each stage ends with a clear deliverable you receive in hand.
01
We review the submitted plan, sketch, or the developer’s layout and compile references by style and materials.
Result: An approved technical brief for visualisation
02
We build a 3D model of the room from your plan and place the furniture and décor without changing the layout.
Result: A draft 3D scene for approval
03
We apply finish, furniture, and textile textures, and set up day and evening lighting scenarios.
Result: A draft render for revisions
04
We refine the scene against your comments and render the final images at high resolution.
Result: Ready visualisation files
Honestly
We set the boundaries of the service upfront, so there are no surprises.
Why us
01
Visualisation is part of a refined workflow, not a one-time service: the same specialists who work on full interior design projects also work on the renders.
02
We use textures and furniture and finish catalogues from suppliers we work with on actual projects — what you see on screen can be purchased.
03
A small visualisation team keeps turnaround short without losing detail in light and materials.
04
A library of references and ready-made scenes speeds up work on standard layouts: new builds, resale homes, commercial spaces.
05
The draft render is signed off before the final render is computed — material and lighting refinements are included in the price of the stage.
Questions
Yes — the visualisation is built from your own plan or sketch, or from a furniture layout supplied by the developer. If you don’t have a plan yet, start with an interior design project: there the layout is developed from scratch.
An interior design project is the complete package: concept, layout, technical documentation, specifications and a cost estimate. A visualisation is only the photorealistic image, built on a plan that already exists — no technical documentation, no site measurements.
From €20/m², at least €400 per room. The exact price depends on the number of angles, the complexity of the scene, and the turnaround time.
From 5 working days per room with 2–4 angles. The whole apartment — from 12 days depending on the number of rooms.
Yes, if you have photos and approximate dimensions — we restore the room’s geometry from them. The result will be less accurate than when working from drawings.
Yes, this is a separate option: we render 2–3 material options in the same scene so you can compare them side by side.
JPG or PNG in high resolution — suitable for printing and presentations. On request, we’ll prepare additional formats for your specific task.
Yes, this is a common scenario — renders replace an abstract plan and speed up the decision to buy or to rent.
Next
You see how the room will look within a few days, rather than after the renovation.
