We set the boundaries of the service upfront, so there are no surprises.
- Interior design project. Architectural design covers the massing and the façades. Layout, finishes and décor inside the house are developed as a separate service, “Interior design project”.
- Structural design package. The architect sets the dimensions and the load-bearing scheme. Detailed calculations, where required, are done by structural engineers.
- Building services packages: heating and ventilation, power, water supply and drainage. The architect sets the technical requirements and the connection points. The technical documentation is prepared by the relevant engineers.
- Geology and geodesy of the site. Engineering surveys for the foundation and topographic survey are carried out by specialised organisations.
- Approvals and expert review of the design documentation. We prepare a set that complies with regulations. Submitting the application and seeing it through stays with the client or their appointed technical supervisor.

Frequently asked questions
How much does architectural design cost?
Pricing depends on the house’s floor area, the structural complexity, and the documentation scope. A basic reference point is available in the calculator on the website. We provide an accurate estimate after the first conversation about your needs.
What does architectural design include?
Concept design with the massing, the layout and the siting on the plot; floor plans, façades and sections; 3D exterior visualisation; and construction-ready technical documentation for the architectural package.
Do you design only private houses?
Our main focus is private houses and remodelling. Anything unusual we discuss separately and decide after going through the specific brief.
Can I order both architecture and interior design from one studio?
Yes. When architecture and interior design are developed together, exterior and interior solutions are aligned from the very first sketch. That eliminates most construction-time conflicts.
Do you help with getting approvals?
We prepare documentation in line with regulations and, if necessary, explain the approval process. Communication with government bodies remains with the client or the client’s lawyer.
How long does it take to develop a project?
Timelines depend on floor area, complexity, and the number of approval iterations. Realistic dates are provided after reviewing the task during the first meeting.
Do you take on remodelling and extensions?
Yes. We design changes and extensions to existing buildings: we record the current condition, work through the structure and the façade, and prepare the documentation.
What can you offer for façades?
We develop façade solutions for new construction and updates to existing buildings: materials, proportions, and a colour scheme in line with the architectural concept and regulations.
Do I need to own the plot and know its planning parameters before we start?
Full design requires the plot’s planning parameters: what may be built on it, how high, and how close to the boundaries. If you do not have them yet, we start with a concept design so the brief is ready before the paperwork arrives.
