For private clients

Turnkey apartment interior design

An interior design project for an apartment: layout, 3D interior visualisation, technical documentation, furnishing and procurement, and design supervision. We design apartment interiors in new builds and in resale properties, shaped around the way your family lives. The renovation follows a clear plan, without improvised decisions, rework or unnecessary costs.

For whom

When this service is needed

01

New-build property without finishing

We start from bare concrete. We work through the layout, electrics, lighting, service connection points and storage before the renovation begins, while changes are still cheap and safe to make.

02

A resale apartment being reconfigured

We clear out outdated scenarios, cramped passages and leftover corners. We bring out what the apartment can offer, keep what is worth keeping, and put together a contemporary interior for a new stage of life.

03

Family apartment built for years to come

We design children’s areas “for growth”, private and shared zones, workspaces, dressing rooms, and storage systems. The apartment stays convenient even as the family composition changes.

04

An apartment for investment or rental

We create a memorable interior with budget control and durable, wear-resistant solutions. The space looks more expensive, is rented out faster, and retains value.

Tasks

What tasks it solves

What the service handles for you in practice.

  1. 01It’s unclear how to turn the developer’s floor plan into an apartment that is comfortable to live in
  2. 02There’s a risk of getting the reconfiguration, the electrics, the lighting or the position of the wet areas wrong
  3. 03You want a beautiful interior, but without a collection of random images and “by eye” purchases
  4. 04You need to understand the renovation budget in advance — including materials, furniture, and equipment
  5. 05Contractors need a complete set of drawings, not verbal explanations and screenshots
  6. 06It’s important to keep the original design idea during construction and not lose quality during implementation

Result

What you receive

We work in modules: each one is a complete, approved and properly presented piece of work. You receive it in full, even if you stop at any stage.

01

Technical brief: concept and layout. A questionnaire that records what you want, a measured survey, plans of the structures to be removed and built, two layout options, a reference selection and a preliminary choice of materials. The final document, “Concept and Technical Brief”, brings together the palette, the materials, the budget and the timeline.

02

3D interior visualisation. Photorealistic renders of every room, at least two views each. Materials, furniture, lighting, décor and the volume of the space are visible before the renovation starts.

03

Technical documentation: the drawing set with specifications. Floor, ceiling and lighting plans, power and low-voltage wiring, heating and plumbing; elevations of every wall, sections through complex junctions, drawings for bespoke furniture; consolidated schedules of finishes, trims and door openings. A complete set for the builders and for procurement.

04

Material selection. Schedules of finishes, furniture and interior pieces, plus the project budget in a single table: the cost of works and materials, suppliers and ways to optimise. With turnkey delivery, design supervision, furnishing and procurement, and decoration are added.

Process

Apartment interior design project stages

Each stage ends with a clear deliverable you receive in hand.

01

Stage

Getting acquainted, questionnaire, and measurements

We dive into your lifestyle: family composition, routines, storage, morning and evening scenarios, entertaining guests, and working from home. We take precise measurements and document the existing utilities.

Technical brief, measured survey and the project task map

02

Stage

Layout

We develop 2–3 layout options: zoning, furniture placement, movement routes, storage systems, kitchens, bathrooms, and workspaces. Together we choose and approve the strongest scenario.

An approved apartment layout, the basis for everything that follows

03

Stage

Concept and 3D interior visualisation

We build the artistic image of your interior: materials, colour, lighting, textures, furniture, and décor. We show your future apartment in photorealistic 3D frames, with at least 2 angles per room.

An approved visual concept for every key room

04

Stage

Technical documentation and specifications

We translate the concept into the language of construction: floor and ceiling plans, electrical layouts, wall elevations, lighting plans, junction details, drawings for bespoke furniture, and schedules of materials and equipment.

A technical documentation set you can build the renovation from

05

Stage

Budget and implementation support

We prepare the project budget and the selection schedules, and help with ordering items and dealing with suppliers. If you wish, we take on furnishing and procurement, and design supervision: we check that the build matches the project and record any issues in the reports.

Honestly

What's not included

We set the boundaries of the service upfront, so there are no surprises.

  • Construction, installation and finishing works: carried out by the contractor and priced separately.
  • Furnishing and procurement: the purchase and delivery of materials, furniture and equipment. A separate service.
  • Design supervision on site is a separate service: checking that the renovation matches the project.
  • Decoration and final styling (textiles, accent lighting, accessories, planting) are covered by a separate agreement.
  • Building services design (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, low-voltage systems, smart home) is carried out by specialist engineers.
  • Approval of a reconfiguration is a separate procedure: our partner with the relevant licence prepares the official documentation and obtains approval from the authorities. All our projects go through the official approval process.

Why us

Why ARTEVRIKA

01

20 years designing residential interiors

ARTEVRIKA has been working since 2006. In that time we have refined the process: from the first questionnaire and layout through to drawings, procurement and design supervision on site.

02

250+ projects in our portfolio

Apartments, houses, commercial spaces, common areas, and architectural design. Experience across different typologies helps us see the project beyond a collection of rooms.

03

Designed for implementation, not just for a picture

The 3D visualisation is backed by technical drawings, specifications and the project budget. The apartment design looks striking and stays buildable on site.

04

Furnishing and supervision in one team

We select materials, furniture, and lighting, work with suppliers, handle claims, and ensure the renovation matches the project.

05

Aesthetics without chaos, from start to finish

A strong visual concept rests on clear stages, straightforward decisions, and respect for the client’s budget.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does an apartment interior design project cost?

The base cost starts from from €50/m². The final amount depends on the floor area, scope of work, level of detailing, whether furnishing is required, and design supervision. During the consultation, we’ll calculate the exact format for your project.

When is the best time to bring a designer into a new-build?

Either before handover or right after you receive the keys. This way, you can check the layout in advance, plan the electrical system and engineering connection points, rather than redo them after the renovation starts.

Do you provide turnkey apartment interior design?

Yes. The base project is extended with furnishing and procurement, design supervision and decoration. The studio then runs the whole path from layout and 3D through purchasing, site control and the final set-up of the interior.

What makes a high-end renovation different from a standard one?

The amount of documentation and the amount of control. On projects like these the cost of a mistake is higher than the cost of the decision itself, so the technical documentation is drawn in more detail, and purchasing and the build run under design supervision. The building work is done by the contractor; the studio is responsible for the project, for furnishing and procurement, and for checking that the result matches the design.

How long does a 100 m² apartment design project take?

A full project usually takes 2–2.5 months: brief and layout, concept and 3D, then the technical documentation. We fix the exact schedule after the brief, once the scope of work is clear.

Can the layout be reconfigured?

Yes. We propose layouts that take account of regulations, load-bearing structures and wet areas. Official approval is a separate procedure, but we set out the constraints and the order of steps in advance.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work with clients both in person and remotely, depending on the project. The concept, visualisation and documentation run online; measurements, supervision and procurement are planned separately.

Can you keep the existing furniture or artwork?

Yes. If there are pieces you want to keep, we record them in the technical brief and work them into the new concept, the palette and the layout.

What does the construction team receive?

Your contractor receives the technical documentation set: demolition and installation plans, ceilings, floors, lighting and socket layouts, wall elevations, junction details, schedules and specifications. It cuts down on decisions being improvised on site.
