Interiors for the way you live

Full-cycle interior design, from the first idea to move-in day

ARTEVRIKA is a design and architecture studio. For twenty years we have designed and delivered complex projects: apartments, country houses, public and commercial spaces, and common areas for developers. Our style is contemporary and distinctly our own: a restrained aesthetic, natural textures, carefully judged proportions. We run design, technical documentation and construction as one managed process, and the responsibility for the result stays with us. A beautiful visualisation is half the job. The other half is getting the finished space to match the design. We stay with each project from the first meeting through to handover.

Signature style

Contemporary and restrained, with natural textures and precision to the millimetre.

Our client

Who we work with

We commit to projects for the long term and stand behind the result. We don’t take on quick sketches that never get built, and we don’t chase the cheapest option. Instead, we see complex projects through until they are ready to move into.

Bedroom: soft pale headboard by the window, a bedside table, a wall light and textiles, warm diffused light, pale vertical panelling and wood

01

You want a result, not a sketch

You need an interior that is taken all the way to implementation, not a folder of beautiful pictures.

02

A complex or high-budget project

Where mistakes are costly, you need everything resolved in the drawings, not improvised on site.

03

You value your time

You would rather hand the whole project to one team and hold it accountable for the outcome.

04

You think long term

You need an interior that will stay relevant for years, not just for one season.

Interior design of an apartment, 180 m²

A 180 m² apartment: a city interior for a couple who value quality, quiet and an unerring sense of proportion. Natural stone, architectural lighting, a private master suite and unobtrusive building services make a home for living without haste.

Request

The clients had reached a new stage of life: the children had grown up, they already had a country house, and the city apartment was to become a place for themselves, for the people close to them and for long unhurried evenings. The interior had to move up a level: expressive but never showy, comfortable for everyday life and ready for entertaining.

Challenge

The main challenge was to coordinate many contractors and building services precisely within an architecturally clean space. Ventilation, air conditioning, humidification, a smart-home system, automated blinds, multi-room audio and backlit natural stone all had to follow one plan, so that the technology would work unseen and never compete with the interior.

Solution

The plan is split into living and private areas, and the study-guest room, with its own wardrobe and bathroom, works as an independent part of the apartment. The hall became the compositional centre: a stone panel, a handmade mirror with an églomisé finish and pivoting dividers change the perspective between the entrance and the living area. The palette is built on natural stone, veneer, leather, silk and textiles, with textures that reveal themselves gradually as the light and the viewer move.

Result

Five months of design and two years on site produced an interior outside passing fashion: calm, tactile and exact in its proportions. Luxury here is not announced through loud decoration; it comes from the quality of the work, the rare textures, the considered lighting and the sense that every square metre is genuinely lived in.

Implementation

How a visualisation becomes a finished interior

An ARTEVRIKA interior design project ties the layout, building services, materials, furniture, lighting, budget, suppliers, construction and design supervision into one system. Contractors build from the technical documentation instead of guessing, procurement runs to schedule, and design supervision checks the work on site against the design right up to the final photo shoot. That is how the finished interior ends up exactly as visualised.

01

Technical documentation to the millimetre

A complete set of drawings, details and specifications. The contractor builds exactly to the design, with nothing improvised on site.

02

Procurement tied to the budget

Materials, furniture and lighting are chosen, costed and ordered to schedule. The budget stays visible at every stage, with no missed deliveries and no overspend.

03

Design supervision on site

The designer leads the implementation and checks the build against the design until the final photo shoot. On site, the interior is built exactly as visualised.

04

Every deadline under control

Procurement, deliveries and building work are scheduled from day one. The build runs without stoppages, and your move-in date holds.

Process

Stages of the interior design project

Each stage has a clear deliverable that you approve before we move on. The average design timeline for a 100 m² project is about 2.5 months.

01

First meeting

We meet before the contract is signed and go through your goals and budget, then record your requirements in the brief.

Result: The brief is the foundation of the project

02

Measured survey

We take precise measurements of everything that affects the design: building services, structure, opening and ceiling heights.

Result: Accurate measured drawings

03

Layouts and concept

At least three layout options for your lifestyle, plus the concept, references and style direction.

Result: Approved design brief

04

3D interior visualisation

Detailed 3D visualisation of every room from several angles, so you can see the atmosphere before the renovation begins.

Result: Photorealistic visualisations

05

Technical drawings

A complete set of 35–45 sheets: floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, details and built-in furniture drawings.

Result: Technical documentation

06

Materials schedule

A table of all materials, sanitaryware, lighting, doors and furniture, with prices and links to suppliers.

Result: Transparent budget before procurement

07

Design supervision and procurement

We select and order everything to the specifications and supervise the work on site, so the result matches the visualisations.

Result: The interior, exactly as visualised

Design without stress

A project you can build from

Beyond attractive images, you receive a complete set of documents to build from: drawings, construction details and specifications. All the main decisions are recorded in writing, and a single project lead runs the process, so approvals never turn chaotic.

  • 01Transparent schedule and budget
  • 02A clear plan of work
  • 03Decisions in writing
  • 04Construction site photo reports
  • 05One project lead
  • 06Quality control is our responsibility

Accountability

Accountability for the result

01

The result matches the visualisations

The finished interior matches the approved design. We stay involved throughout the build and make sure every detail is executed exactly to the drawings, not left to the builders’ discretion.

02

Accountability under the contract

The contract sets out the scope of work, timelines and obligations. You are legally protected, because our responsibility for the result is written down, not just promised.

03

Supplier prices, no hidden mark-up

We order at supplier prices, with no hidden mark-up on furniture or materials. We earn from our fee, not from what you buy, so we can use our supplier relationships and trade terms to manage the project budget openly.

04

Clear budget estimates

Every line shows the item, quantity, price and supplier. There are no obscure entries and no extra charges that appear as the work goes on.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about interior design

How much does an interior design project cost?

Residential interiors: from €50/m². The final cost depends on the floor area and the scope of work. Use the cost calculator for a first figure, or we can work it out together at a meeting.

What’s included in a turnkey interior design project?

Space planning, concept, 3D visualisation, technical documentation, schedules and specifications. Procurement and design supervision can be added.

How long does a project take?

On average, 1.5–3 months depending on the floor area and the selected package. We set the timeline in the contract.

How do you work with clients?

We work with clients in person or remotely, depending on the project. Site measurements and design supervision visits are arranged in advance.

Do you handle implementation and design supervision?

Yes. We stay with the project until the final photo shoot: technical documentation, procurement and design supervision.

How is your design different from standard solutions?

The difference is not in the pictures but in what gets built. We tie documentation, budget and construction into one system, which matters most on projects where mistakes are expensive.

How do we get started?

We’ll talk through your project and find the right way to work together.
