Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between ИП Гусев Алексей Фёдорович (hereinafter — the Studio) and the user in connection with the use of the artevrika.com website (the international version of artevrika.ru; hereinafter — the Site). By using the Site, the user confirms their agreement with these Terms. Details of the Studio’s state registration: OGRNIP 319665800256901, TIN (INN) 862202341335, date of registration 26.12.2019, registering authority — Инспекция Федеральной налоговой службы по Верх-Исетскому району г. Екатеринбурга.

1. Subject matter

The Site provides the user with information about the Studio’s services in the field of interior design and architecture, with a portfolio of work, and with the opportunity to submit an enquiry through the contact forms. The Site is informational in nature; the materials published on it do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Submitting an enquiry

The user may submit an enquiry through the forms on the Site by providing their contact details. Once the enquiry has been received, a representative of the Studio contacts the user to clarify the details. The specific terms on which services are provided (scope, price and timescales) are agreed individually and are set out in a separate contract.

3. Rights and obligations of the user

  • to provide accurate information when completing forms;
  • not to use the Site to distribute unlawful content, malicious code or spam;
  • to respect the Studio’s intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site (texts, project images, design and logo) are the intellectual property of the Studio and its partners. They may not be used without the written permission of the rights holder.

5. Liability

The Studio is not liable for the Site being temporarily unavailable for technical reasons, nor for any losses arising in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the Site. The user uses the Site at their own risk.

6. Personal data

The user’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Site.

7. Final provisions

The Studio may amend these Terms. Amendments take effect from the moment the new version is published on the Site. The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. These Terms have been drawn up in Russian; this English text is a translation provided for convenience, and in the event of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
