Interior concept

An interior concept sets the look of the space: style, colour, materials and 3D, before any work on the technical documentation starts. It suits people who want to see and approve the idea first, rather than commission a full set of drawings straight away.

Who it's for

When you need this service

01

A new space with no scenarios worked out

You have the space and the goal, but you are not sure which style and character the space will have.

02

You need a solution before renovation starts

You want to see the interior in 3D and be sure about the style and the materials before ordering drawings and a cost estimate.

03

It is important to align the concept with your family or partner

You need a practical conversation using references and visualisation, not general phrases like “something bright and cosy”.

04

You plan to carry out the renovation yourself

You are planning to run the renovation yourself or with a contractor, but you want to start from a professionally developed idea.

Tasks

What tasks it solves

What the service handles for you in practice.

  • There is no clarity on which style and character will suit the space
  • It is easy to get the colour and the materials wrong before the renovation starts
  • It is hard to explain the interior concept in words — you need a visual image
  • You need to align the concept with your loved ones or your project partner
  • It is still too early to order a full interior design project with drawings and a cost estimate
  • You need a basis for deciding later whether to go on to the technical documentation

Scope

What's included in the service

  1. 01A scenarios and habits questionnaire for the future users of the space
  2. 02Layout concept and zoning

  4. 04An initial selection of materials and a colour palette
  5. 053D visualisation of the key areas

Result

What you receive

Not just pictures, but a complete set of solutions ready to build from.

01

An approved interior concept you can discuss in concrete terms

02

Approved style, colour, and materials for further work

03

A layout concept as the basis for the technical documentation

04

A clear idea of what to do next, on your own or by continuing with us

Cost

from €35/m²

Starting price

The price covers a scenarios questionnaire, a layout concept, a mood board, an initial selection of materials and 3D visualisation of the key areas. When you move on to the technical documentation, the cost of the concept is credited in full against the fee: you pay only for the documentation, not twice for work already done. If you want the whole path at once, it costs less to order it as an “Interior design project” in one package.

Why us

Why ARTEVRIKA

01

20 years designing interiors

More than 250 completed projects: we recognise the usual mistakes early and close them off at the concept stage.

02

Photorealistic 3D interior visualisation

We show lighting, materials and furniture to scale, so the look of the space is clear before any renovation decisions are made.

03

A concept without time loss when moving to the next stage

The approved decisions become the basis for the technical documentation, and the same team carries the work through every stage.

04

Curated reference selection

We work from our own library of completed interiors and materials, not random images.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How does an interior concept differ from a complete interior design project?

The concept creates a visual direction for the space — style, colour, materials, and 3D visualisation of key areas, without drawings or specifications. A full interior design project adds the technical documentation needed to build the property.

Can an interior be built using only the concept?

On your own or with a contractor, yes, if that level of detail is enough for you. For an accurate build with no rework you need the technical documentation, which is developed at the next stage.

Can we continue with you later towards the technical documentation?

Yes. The approved concept becomes the basis for the technical documentation, so nothing has to be agreed again from scratch. The fee for the concept is credited in full when you move on to the “Technical documentation” stage.

How long does it take to develop an interior concept?

On average, 2–4 weeks depending on the floor area and the depth of development.

How much does an interior concept cost?

From €35/m². We will prepare an exact quote during a consultation.

How many layout and style options do you offer?

We develop one agreed layout and style option. Additional options for comparison are available on request.

Are the materials in the concept final?

No, it is a preliminary selection, enough to judge the look and the budget. Final specifications with exact product codes are prepared in the technical documentation.

Does the concept work for a commercial project?

Yes, the format works for any type of space — from residential to commercial. The scope and timeline are discussed for your specific task.

First the vision, then the drawings

A concept removes the main risk of any renovation: money spent on something you end up not liking.
