Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent box in a form on the artevrika.com website (the international version of artevrika.ru) and submitting that form, the user (the data subject) freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (Russia).

1. Controller

2. Categories of personal data

  • surname and first name;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • city;
  • any other data provided voluntarily in the message (the description of the project).

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed in order to handle the enquiry, to communicate with the user, to provide consultations, to agree upon and to provide services, and to send replies and proposals at the user’s request.

Consent is given to the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), use, transfer (disclosure to parties that support the operation of the site and communications with users, on terms of confidentiality), blocking, deletion and destruction — carried out by both automated and non-automated means.

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn. The data subject may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to the email address privacy@artevrika.ru. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the controller ceases processing and destroys the personal data within the periods prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, save where processing is required by law.
