A vivid mix of contemporary style and comfort across 71 m². Clean lines and neutral tones, seasoned with function and eclecticism: a kitchen-living room where high-tech meets boho-chic, a bedroom with Asian minimalist touches, and a children's room that bursts with creativity. For people who value comfort but are not afraid to experiment with style.

Client request

The developer of a residential settlement commissioned a range of standard, replicable interior design projects: the solutions buyers choose when they order a house in a particular format. The 71 m² house called for a bold fusion scenario, distinctive and memorable, setting the development apart from ordinary housing while remaining liveable for a family day to day.

Challenge

Orchestrate eclecticism so that the mix of styles reads as intentional rather than accidental. Across 71 m², blend high-tech, bohemian, mid-century and Mediterranean motifs into one coherent story: each room distinct, yet the whole house speaking as one.

Concept

A neutral ground of terrazzo, timber and restrained tones anchors the composition, while bold accents and textures animate it. Fusion here is a dialogue across eras and materials: futuristic lighting beside vintage flooring, olive cabinetry with orange chairs, natural motifs in the bedroom, and graphic black details as the thread binding it all.

Result

A distinctive, recognisable interior where each zone tells its own story, yet the house remains cohesive and liveable. A standard project that turns a country home into an individual statement and strengthens the identity of the whole development.

The entrance hall exemplifies fusion: design elements mix boldly. Terracotta walls warm a blend of contemporary and retro. A futuristic curved pendant contrasts with vintage terrazzo flooring; a minimalist grey door sits beside a mid-century timber window.
